1. Independent status

JJ Foundation Academy is an independent educational platform. It is not a school, examination board, accreditation body, or authorized representative of any third-party educational organization. References to external programmes, subject structures, Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, or CAS are used only to explain the type of study for which a lesson or module may be useful.

2. Trademarks

“IB” and “International Baccalaureate” are trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization. Other names, marks, and logos belong to their respective owners. JJ Foundation Academy does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks and does not use them to imply sponsorship, approval, authorization, or affiliation.

3. Independently created materials

Unless otherwise identified, lesson explanations, examples, exercises, assessments, diagrams, and answer explanations on this platform are independently created. The platform does not intentionally reproduce official examination papers, official mark schemes, protected question banks, proprietary textbooks, or substantial portions of third-party educational resources without permission.

4. No guarantee of programme alignment or results

Course descriptions may refer generally to skills useful for advanced international or diploma-level study, including independent research, theory-of-knowledge-style inquiry, and creativity, activity, or service planning. Such descriptions are not a guarantee of complete alignment with any current programme guide, school syllabus, examination specification, admission standard, grade, or academic outcome. Students should confirm current requirements with their school or the relevant official organization.

5. Educational use

Content is provided for general educational purposes and does not replace instruction, assessment, counselling, or decisions provided by a qualified teacher, school, or educational authority.
